01Acceptance of terms

By browsing dahono.com, engaging Dahono Consulting, or using Dahono Labs, you ("Client" or "User") agree to these Terms of Service. If you act on behalf of a legal entity, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that entity.

02Scope

These Terms cover dahono.com, consulting engagements with PT Dahono Consulting Agency, and Dahono Labs. Other products in the Dahono ecosystem — including Dahono Router, Poketo, ktik.me and OtaPro — have their own terms, which apply to the use of those products.

Specific deliverables, timelines and fees for consulting work are set out in a Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement signed by both parties.

03Not a law firm; AI output

• No litigation: Dahono does not represent anyone before courts, arbitral bodies or administrative tribunals. For litigation, engage a licensed Indonesian advocate.
• Informational AI output: analyses, risk assessments and draft clauses from Dahono-4B or Dahono Labs are research aids and do not constitute a legal opinion.
• Human review: review any document produced with technological aids before signing or executing it.

04Confidentiality

Business records, drafts, financial information and communications shared with Dahono are treated as confidential. Dahono signs a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before receiving proprietary business documents.

05Intellectual property

• Client property: clients keep ownership of their data, pre-existing brand assets, confidential documents, and deliverables made specifically for their engagement once paid in full.
• Dahono property: the Dahono name and logo, the Dahono-4B model weights, software, site design and pre-existing frameworks remain the property of PT Dahono Consulting Agency.

06Client responsibilities

Clients provide accurate, timely and lawful materials, and confirm that documents they upload do not infringe third-party rights or violate Indonesian law.

07Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Indonesian law, PT Dahono Consulting Agency, its directors, employees and affiliates are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental damages — including lost profits, opportunities or goodwill — arising from the use of our services, website or AI output.

08Force majeure

Neither party is in breach for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, telecommunication outages, government actions or civil unrest.

09Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes are first resolved through good-faith discussion; if unresolved within thirty (30) days, they are submitted to the competent district court in Jakarta.
